Keith Hales is the Chief Executive Officer of InfoSystems, Inc. He has been with the organization since 2017 holding several key leadership roles, including Director of Sales and Chief Operating Officer, before becoming the CEO in 2022. Under his leadership InfoSystems has expanded its managed services & cyber security offerings and strengthened its position as a trusted partner for enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. InfoSystems, Inc., is a leading regional technology solutions provider based in Chattanooga, Tennessee with a 30+ year history of providing excellence in technology solutions. Prior to InfoSystems, Keith held sales roles at LBMC Technology Solutions, and he has over 18 years of industry experience. Keith holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Carson-Newman University.
CTO of InfoSystems, will be speaking at the AI Event, offering a technology-leader’s perspective on building resilient, scalable infrastructure to support modern AI initiatives. Robert leads the technical service delivery department and brings more than 30 years of experience in the IT field. His expertise spans storage architecture, design, and implementation, with a strong foundation in enterprise systems and project governance. He is an IBM Certified Infrastructure Systems Architect, PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner, and TOGAF 9 Certified. Outside of work, Robert enjoys restoring old cars and hot rods—bringing the same precision and craftsmanship to his hobbies as he does to technology.
Jason Duncan serves as Chief Financial Officer of InfoSystems, where he oversees Accounting, Finance, Business Operations, Administration, and Human Resources in support of the company’s strategic growth and long-term financial health. He partners closely with the executive team to drive disciplined budgeting, data-driven decision-making, and scalable processes across the organization. Jason brings over 27 years of experience in corporate finance, multi-unit operations, and executive leadership across technology, services, and consumer-facing industries. Before joining InfoSystems in 2023, he spent more than seven years as Chief Financial Officer at Merritt Financial Services, where he led financial strategy, capital planning, and performance management initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held the dual role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Project Integration, Inc., aligning financial planning with operational execution for a growing professional services business. Jason’s background also includes senior finance leadership roles with large, complex organizations, including serving as Senior Manager for Field Finance & Growth Initiatives at Denny’s and Corporate Controller at Peregrine Corporation. This blend of restaurant, retail, and services experience gives him a practical, operations-centric perspective on profitability, cash flow management, and disciplined cost control. Jason holds an MBA from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and a BS in Finance from Winthrop University. He is based in the greater Knoxville area and is passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and creating financial and operational systems that enable InfoSystems to deliver outstanding results for its customers. Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing golf, listening to live music and spending time with his family.
Amy Palmer is a strategic marketing and partnerships executive at InfoSystems, Inc., where she leads partner engagement, executive events, and growth-focused marketing initiatives. She specializes in building collaborative programs that connect customers, technology partners, and business leaders around emerging technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Known for her creativity, relationship-building skills, and operational excellence, Amy has successfully developed executive-level conferences, partner ecosystems, and thought leadership programs that drive measurable business results. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, servant leadership, and a commitment to creating lasting value for customers, partners, and communities.
Byron Poe is a CISSP-certified technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading cybersecurity, risk, and IT service delivery programs. As Vice President of Services at InfoSystems, Inc., he oversees the unified delivery, quality, and growth of all client-facing services—including cybersecurity, engineering, and help desk operations—ensuring a cohesive, high-performing services organization. Byron retains direct executive accountability for the Cyber Services practice, spanning security assessments, managed detection and response, compliance advisory, and incident response, while partnering closely with the Manager of Engineering Services to drive operational excellence across infrastructure, projects, and support. He is known for integrating NIST and CIS-aligned best practices into practical, SLA-driven operations and for translating complex technical and cyber risk into clear, actionable guidance for business and executive stakeholders.
Chase Evans Cybersecurity Team Lead | InfoSystems, Inc. Chase Evans serves as Cybersecurity Team Lead at InfoSystems, Inc., where he helps organizations strengthen their security posture through strategic cybersecurity planning, risk management, compliance initiatives, and modern security architectures. Since joining InfoSystems, Chase has played a key role in guiding clients through today’s rapidly evolving threat landscape, helping businesses implement practical security solutions that align with operational goals. His expertise spans cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance (GRC), security assessments, vulnerability management, incident preparedness, and emerging technologies, including AI security and governance. In his new role as Cybersecurity Team Lead, Chase is responsible for driving the growth and development of the cybersecurity practice, mentoring team members, and helping clients navigate increasingly complex security challenges while maintaining a focus on business outcomes. Known for his ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies, Chase regularly speaks with executives and technology leaders about cybersecurity best practices, regulatory considerations, AI governance, and risk mitigation strategies.At InfoSystems, Chase is passionate about helping organizations build resilient security programs that enable innovation while protecting critical business assets.
